SeeYA Technology issued an announcement proposing an upward revision to its estimated daily connected transaction volume for 2026 amid business expansion plans. Per the filing, SeeYA intends to supply silicon-based OLED microdisplays to Goertek Optics (Hong Kong) Limited, with the annual transaction cap set at RMB 1.6 billion. The proposal has secured approval from the company’s board of directors.
The connected transaction stems from a designated client’s project requirements. SeeYA is advancing cooperation under a framework agreement for product development plus an advance payment contract with a key strategic customer, who has appointed Goertek Optics Hong Kong as the designated purchasing entity for SeeYA’s silicon-based OLED microdisplays.

SeeYA has outlined relevant transaction risks in the announcement. The RMB 1.6 billion figure is a reasonable projection based on the client’s operational outlook; actual order value is subject to volatility driven by industrial regulatory shifts, the buyer’s business performance and fluctuating procurement requirements.
As the world’s first firm to achieve mass production of silicon-based OLED microdisplays on 12-inch wafer backplanes, SeeYA focuses on silicon-based OLED microdisplay production alongside value-added offerings including customized strategic product development, optical system design and end-to-end XR solution delivery.
The company was listed on the STAR Market of the Shanghai Stock Exchange on March 25 this year, earning the title of China’s first public-listed silicon-based OLED enterprise. According to its IPO prospectus, raised capital is earmarked for two core initiatives: roughly RMB 1.609 billion to expand its ultra-high-resolution silicon-based OLED microdisplay production line and around RMB 406 million for a dedicated R&D center.
These capital-funded projects are designed to ramp up production capacity and upgrade technical specifications to match booming downstream demand across the XR sector. SeeYA noted new capacity absorption hinges heavily on order execution from end-market clients.
Its prospectus also disclosed a formal cooperation agreement with a leading XR strategic client, who paid a RMB 1.1 billion capacity deposit in H1 2025.
SeeYA has built partnerships with multiple renowned domestic and international corporations, covering XR terminal manufacturers such as ByteDance, Insta360, Thunderbird Innovation and Lenovo.
