Acer has officially launched two new smart eyewear models: the AR Vision GR0 for immersive augmented reality visuals and the G10 AI Glasses optimized for AI-powered interactions. The dual-product lineup adds fresh competitive dynamics to the fast-expanding AI smart glasses market.
AR Vision GR0 (Display-Focused AR Glasses)
Positioned as a display-centric AR headset, the AR Vision GR0 features twin Micro OLED microdisplays with a 1920×1080 resolution apiece, a 60Hz refresh rate, 200 nits peak brightness, an ultra-high contrast ratio of 50,000:1, and 95% DCI-P3 color gamut coverage. The full unit weighs only 69 grams.
Supporting both 2D and 3D viewing modes, the model delivers a combined 3840×1080 binocular resolution under 3D mode, equivalent to viewing a 172-inch giant screen from six meters away per official specs. Built-in 3DoF head-tracking sensors, accelerometers, proximity sensors and magnetometers enable basic spatial positioning and motion detection.

For audio, near-ear stereo speakers are equipped, with physical sliders for brightness and volume adjustment. It comes with a detachable light shield and optional magnetically attachable prescription lens inserts for nearsighted users. Lacking onboard computing hardware, the AR Vision GR0 connects via wired cable to smartphones, laptops or tablets, with cross-platform compatibility spanning Android, iOS and Windows.
G10 AI Glasses (Screen-Free AI Eyewear)
Built on a screen-free design, the G10 AI Glasses weigh just 46 grams while packing comprehensive hardware. Integrated with a 12MP camera, it captures still images at 3024×4032 resolution and 1080p/30fps videos; a dedicated shutter button on the temple triggers different functions via short and long presses.

Its acoustic setup comprises a triple-microphone array paired with dual near-ear dynamic speakers for crisp voice pickup and stereo playback. A touchpad and status LED indicator sit on the side of the temple, supporting dual control via touch and voice commands.
Powered by Google’s Gemini large language model, the core functionality of G10 centers on an embedded AI assistant. Leveraging the triple-mic array and side touch controls, users activate voice assistance for instant information lookup, real-time translation, AI-generated live captions and photo documentation.
Hardware specs include 32GB eMMC onboard storage and a 217mAh battery, alongside Wi-Fi 5 and Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity. The companion AspireSync app works with Android 12 or later and iOS 15 or newer devices.
Pricing
The G10 AI Glasses start at $299.99 (roughly RMB 2,034), while the AR Vision GR0 is priced starting at $500 (around RMB 3,390).
